3. Has the subtotal (all item costs) of over $149. If your order happens to have any item out of stock or defective, and the subtotal runs below $149 of cost. Email notification will be sent and a new item needs to be replaced to still satisfy for the free shipping promotion. Otherwise, your order balance will be used to offset for the shipping fee.

Cancelation Policy

Your order, or any item in your order, can be canceled anytime within 24 hours of purchase. Upon order canceled, a restocking fee of 25% applies. After 24 hours of payment, we could not cancel your order due to various sources of your package, and everything has been booked.

Return Policy

At Fashion4US, your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure that once you own a Fahion4US product, you will not buy from anywhere else, ever again.

We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:

1. Shipping errors

2. Damaged goods

We don't prefer have the goods returned to us because the shipping fee is high compared to the amount of the item.

However, it's true that we accept returning, the first step in the process is to contact our Customer Support You should report the problems in 3 days after receive the products. Returning must be in 7 days after receive the products and must be in original condition when return to us. When the returned package arrives at our provided place, we will examine the item, identify the problem, we will ship the correct items back to you at no extra cost. We will handle all the necessary shipping fees (from us back to you). We will not be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from you to us).

If we discover nothing wrong with returned items , we will promptly ship them back to you. In these cases, you will be responsible for the shipping fees in both directions.

Shipping carrier always makes all possible attempts to deliver a customer's package to their provided address. However, in case the customer's address is not found by shipping companies, we will try to contact the customer by their email address to inform the event. The customer also feels free to contact their local shipping agent to retrieve the package. If any package returned as a prolonged result of multiple unsuccesful contact attempts both by us and the shipping company, the customer has to pay for the shipping fee again to be sent back to your address.

Delivery Time

Our products are shipped out every day with top-class services, from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Most orders will be shipped out within 48 hours. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number within 48 hours of shipment.

After you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track your order online. We also provide tracking url in confirmation email for your convenience.

Delivery times vary on the destination and shipping service (Stardard or Express).

- For Express Shipping Method: while at little higher cost, North American and Asian orders will usually be delivered within 3-5 business days of the shipped date. All other orders will be delivered within 4-7 business days of the shipped date. Express is highly recommended as a shipping service for your items based on our past experience.

- For Standard Shipping Method: while at cheaper cost, North American and Asian orders will usually be delivered within 7-12 business days of the shipped date. All other orders will be delivered within 8-13 business days of the shipped date and 10-15 business days during the holiday seasons.

- For Airmail Shipping Method: North American and Asian orders will usually be delivered within 15-35 business days of the shipped date. All other regions will be delivered within 20-40 business days of the shipped date.

Express Delivery Cost (USD)

Our lowest Express rates guaranteed and we have non-stopped striving to make them lower.

Ignore the "First 500gr" if your packages are over 21Kg. Only look at the "Next 500gr of 21Kg", "Next 500gr of 31Kg", etc
